Why First Aid for Small Business?
With Gasoline prices at $4 a gallon, home foreclosures are at record levels, and businesses closing daily, most Americans are saying they are financially worse off than they were a year ago, the highest number (55 percent) in more than three decades of Gallup polling. There was a recent stock market plunge and a government report showing the steepest jump in the jobless rate in 22 years…many people and businesses are struggling and do not know what to do.

Mission:	To provide a forum that recognizes, develops and facilitates business opportunities in your diverse community, and to further promote entrepreneurship while building formidable alliances in your marketplace.

The First Aid for Small Business Concept, developed by Success Essentials with assistance from Pici and Pici, Inc. launched in May 2008. Its purpose is to provide practical assistance to small and midsize businesses to help them survive and thrive in the current economic environment.

First Aid for Small Business connects business owners and sales people to the best trainers, speakers and consultants in the country. It also helps business owners to access free and low cost local resources to grow their business and provides opportunities to network and meet potential strategic alliance partners in their communities.
